 He founded the Kingdom Discipleship Ministry and the  Kingdom Discipleship Network (KDN).
The goal of KDN is to raise mature, marketplace leaders globally through apostolic training .

His ministry philosophy emphasizes that ministry is the public outflow of a transformed life, rooted in “becoming before doing” . True Kingdom ministry flows from who one has become, and God’s order is Identity  Ministry .

He formerly served as the Chairman of the Chaplaincy Board (Chaplain) at the University of Ghana, holding this position from 2019 to 2021 . He also founded the Korle-Bu Christian Network
