  • Secured accreditation processes with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) for multiple Certificate programs in Physiotherapy, Medical Laboratory Science, Occupational Therapy, and BSc program in Medical Laboratory Science.
  • Secured accreditation processes with the national vocation and training Institute (NVTI) for certificate programs in healthcare.
  • Directed strategic partnerships with international academic institutions, including George Fox University (USA), facilitating faculty and students exchanges and annual community-based clinical outreaches serving underserved populations with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions in Ghana.
  • Oversaw graduation of over 1,000 allied health professionals and certificate holders, strengthening Ghana’s rehabilitation workforce capacity.
  • Integrated community health services and corporate social responsibility into training through free public physiotherapy clinics, addressing cerebral palsy, stroke, arthritis, and injury rehabilitation.
