- Secured accreditation processes with the national vocation and training Institute (NVTI) for certificate programs in healthcare.
- Directed strategic partnerships with international academic institutions, including George Fox University (USA), facilitating faculty and students exchanges and annual community-based clinical outreaches serving underserved populations with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions in Ghana.
- Oversaw graduation of over 1,000 allied health professionals and certificate holders, strengthening Ghana’s rehabilitation workforce capacity.
- Integrated community health services and corporate social responsibility into training through free public physiotherapy clinics, addressing cerebral palsy, stroke, arthritis, and injury rehabilitation.
